We ship all parcels with GLS. We use insured parcel service and you receive a track & trace number, when we ship your order. We ship to countries within Europe, Norway and Switzerland.
Shipping costs to European countries 9 EUR
NOTE: We reserve the right to cancel an order if freight costs to remote areas exceed a certain size. There is a minimum purchase amount of £150 on all UK orders. We reserve the right to cancel any UK orders below £150.
14 days return right
When you shop online at www.crascph.com you have 14 days to return your your purchase. Some items are not covered by this right, and it will appear in the ordering process. The right runs from the day you received the goods. If the period expires on a public holiday, Saturday, Constitution Day, Christmas Eve or New Year's Eve deadline is extended to the following Monday. In the case of multiple goods ordered in one order but delivered separately, or a product that comes in several batches, the period from the receipt of the last item.
After receiving you must handle the goods in a way that establish the nature, characteristics and function of it.
