Extended Christmas Return Policy
This season, we’re spreading the love – and the return window.
All gifts bought from November 15th are eligible for return until January 3rd, 2026.
To make sure your gifts arrive in time for Christmas Eve, please place your order no later than December 15th at 12:00 PM.
Please note – our crās store offers beautiful Christmas gift wrapping, while online orders are not wrapped.
Did you change your mind?
Returns can be made within 14 days upon delivery. How to proceed:
- Please fill out the return slip that comes with your order and enclose it with your return parcel. Please reuse the bag that you received your clothes in. If you've lost your return slip, you can download a new one by clicking here.
- All items must be in the same condition as when you received them.
- All costs of the return must be covered by you and will not be refunded.
- For returns made from countries outside the EU - Import duties and custom fees will be deducted from the credit note.
- You can use a forwarder of your own choice, but we do recommend using a trackable shipping method. Please keep the tracking number for your parcel as your security.
- When returning goods please make sure to wrap it securely. You have the responsibility of the package / goods until we receive it.
- When we receive your return parcel, we will credit the amount to your card within 7 working days. Kindly note that some local banks may take longer to process refunded payment.

Please return your item for a refund as described above and place a new order in our webshop.
Claim
Please send a photo and description of the claim to: customerservice@crascph.com and we will handle this in the best way possible. Claims should only be returned upon agreement!
